There is this great team in OuterWorlds called the "Greeters" also referred to as the "Lighthouse Keepers"
They are here to help those poor lonely and confused Tourists that come into our community.
Their goal is to make the Tourists feel welcome and less confused on what is happening. Now this goal is not just restricted to the Greeters team, we encourage all Citizens of OuterWorlds to help the newcomers to feel welcome and answer any questions they may have. The Greeters team is made up of people from all over the world and different age groups.
We have people from Australia, United States and Europe on this team and the ages range from 15 on up!
Sadly, this year the team lost someone who was a huge part of us and the community who will be greatly missed, but she will always be here with us. MommaC should stand as a symbol to us of how we should always be kind, humorous and smile with the Tourists who
come in and to all in our Community. She always had that smile and happiness going on even when she wasn't in the greatest of health. We love you MommaC and miss you!!
The members of this team are very important to the successful running of our Community. We keep in mind that Tourists are what keep this Community flowing
with their new ideas and creativity.
I think when there is a Tourist who is so excited that they are moving around, exploring or even building for the first time, those are the things that bring
a smile to my face to see them succeed.
