She has definitely won the LONGEST HOSTING AWARD. Congratulations Danii! By my calculations, you have received 34 Entertainment Updates - lol. And talking about 34 updates, this is where we begin our Entertainment Yearbook 2001.
YEARBOOK 2001:
14 September 2000
brings us Update # 34.
What was happening then? People were arguing how long-time attenders of the Midi Monday game knew all the answers to the midi's! Danii and Xanth were coming up with new Trivia questions EVERY week! The guys won Battle of the Sexes that week *groan* Joy was running 7:00pm & midnight VRT Anagramatics game while we were waiting for L4 to get back online. GOLEM had just moved. Integra had caught up with his banking *faints* hah hah. And finally, Pike was working on a bot for The Last Stand game.
So what has happened since then?
We shifted Midi Monday to GHETTO world. Danii & Xanth ran an AWESOME "Olympic Triva" game while the Olympics were on. Grendal organised an "Extreme Triva" game. We had a Special Halloween Games Week. kes revamped Battle of the Sexes and we now have Charades & Passwords. We had a Special Christmas Games Week! On the 23rd December, Anagramatics had been running for a year. We set up the OWGames Bank Account and Games Host started to do their own banking - wooohooo!!! Sure was a blessing to me! lol. Hippie started the Alphabet Soup Ozzie Time game. (We're still looking for someone to replace him). Know That Avatar returned - an oldie but a goodie. And finally, long live Alphabet Soup! *soup soup soup*
If you haven't tried any of the games yet, they are a lot of fun and we have AWESOME host/hostesses running them. My thanks go to past and present host/hostesses. My thanks to all of you
who play the games and make them a lot of fun. If it wasn't for the host/hostesses, there wouldn't be any games and if it wasn't for the citizens, there wouldn't be any fun.
