Official Contest Rules!*

    Please make special note of all of the following:

  • Tourists may participate in Games, or the Talent Contest!
    Tourists must keep the same name during the contest and for claiming any prize! (Valid E-mail address is required to claim prize!)
     
  • Only certain selected Games are eligible for Prizes. Please see the Games page
     
  • One Entry only per Person for:
           Talent Contest
                 OR
       Artwork Contest
    You must choose one or the other! (Tourist may only enter Talent)
     
  • King & Queen voting (see K&Q page) excludes prior Royalty! There is a list on the page.

* Failure to follow these rules will result in disqualified entries!

Prize Winners:

WINNERS MUST click this link to send an e-mail to with their Citizen Name and Number within 15 days of the end of the contest or the prize will not be awarded!!!!! A valid E-mail address IS REQUIRED!! Tourist winners especially!

Game Hosts will also send a notice of game winners for verification!

No Birthday Cakes were harmed in the making this website!

The Fine Print:
The decisions of OuterWorlds are final. All prize awarded are exclusive of other costs including communications charges which will be the winners responsibility. All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that OuterWorlds has a right to publicize, or broadcast the winner’s name, character, likeness, voice or all matters incidental herein. All prizes are nontransferable and void where prohibited by law. No cash substitution of prizes allowed. Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any and all taxes incurred on prizes received. In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, or fails to claim said prize within the time limit indicated, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize. OuterWorlds then has the right, at its discretion, to award that prize to a contest runner-up
