	World Owners - Halloween Contest! Is Halloween your favorite time of year? Do you own a World? Build a Halloween themed world and let the Citizens of OW vote on which one is their favorite. Voting will be from Friday October 24th, 12 pm VRT until Sunday, October 30th, 12 pm VRT. Winner to be announced on WVRR Halloween night (October 31st). Prizes: 1st Place-60 day World Extension 2nd Place-30 day World Extension 3rd Place-30 day World Extension World building must be completed by October 23rd in order to eligible. Florida Cits Take a Beating and Keep on Ticking

Our poor cits in Florida have really had a rough time of it. It’s hard for those of us that are not being subjected to the hurricanes to imagine how awful it really is down there. Gentleman J, despite his adversity, manages to keep his sense of humor. He sends us this. He and red4now are once again without power. We wish all of our Florida cits well.
