Shakespeare could have been speaking of BARSMRPG (now OPEN!), for it is a tale of two houses; a tale of two cities even, but light years away on the planet Mars which Edgar Rice Burroughs (ERB) called Barsoom.
Our roleplay game picks up years after ERB's earthman John Carter who was mysteriously transported to Mars shortly after the American Civil War. Carter swashbuckled his way across the lush and stunning beauty of Barsoom, engaged terrifying creatures and overcame the multiple dangers of a dying planet ruled by red men. While peace reigns now between some cities, an uneasy truce among others, the two main cities of the RPG, Zodanga and Gathol, will find the way to peace might come at the end of a sword.
