Tobyrae: Well that is your VR time spent in here Sanction, do you recall when you first became a citizen?
Sanction: hmmm let me think
Sanction: been coming to Outerworlds for 4 years now but became a cit a few weeks ago July 14th.
Tobyrae: You should see the hours racked up on my cit as for time spent in here lol
Tobyrae: Was Outerworlds Universe your first experience with a 3D chat?
Sanction: no first place i started at was AW

Tobyrae: Could you elaborate a bit, on 'stargate products’?
Sanction: We make gates to different worlds to play out skits or programs.
Tobyrae: Oh I see that sounds interesting.

Tobyrae: Have you met any of the citizen’s of Outerworlds in Real Life?
Sanction: No, I wish.
Tobyrae: Someday maybe?
Sanction: Trying to find decent people is hard nowadays.

Tobyrae: Do you now or have you ever owned your own VR world?
Sanction: No, just helped build them never owned my own.
Tobyrae: Who is the most interesting character you have found in Outerworlds?
Sanction: hmmm big question
Sanction: so far all I’ve met have been very good. Hard choice to name just one.
Tobyrae: That is ok, just that sometimes different 'characteristics' will stand out for each of us...
Tobyrae: What is the funniest nickname you have ever seen in here?
Sanction: Funniest? Never really noticed.
Sanction: Some I saw I would not ever use.
Tobyrae: Yes we won't mention the nastiest lol
Tobyrae: Some people get very creative with their nics in here...Don't they?
Sanction: yes they do
Tobyrae: What would you like to see added to Outerworlds that you feel would enhance everyone’s VR experience?
Sanction: My files I can use.

Sanction: more different worlds for the tourist to use.. user friendly
Tobyrae: What would be the incentive for the 'tourists' to become citizens then if they had the same perks as we citizens?
Sanction: Why I became a cit I was only limited to a small section of worlds.
Tobyrae: It got you to join! Lol
Tobyrae: Well Outerworlds has costs related to running this wonderful universe and our dues for citizenships helps to defray those costs.... that is why not more land is allocated among many other reasons to tourists.
Sanction: No don’t give same perks.
Tobyrae: We love our tourists here and do not care if they ever become citizens if they just cannot afford it. But, limiting the build worlds is a good incentive I think.
Sanction: its a shame AW and OW cannot have us cits go to both worlds
Tobyrae: That is because OW and AW are two totally separate entities. We cannot function without the program for sure and the upgrades but, they are owned by different people.
Sanction: Yea, I know, I just wish we had more worlds to explore
Tobyrae: What is your best quality Sanction?
Sanction: I respect others and would appreciate being respected back. I am understanding and able to talk to our children on anything. I always have an ear for them.
Sanction: And I’m a kid at heart.
Sanction: Here I can enjoy what our children and we can do.
Tobyrae: What do you see as your worst quality?
Sanction: My worse is my inexperience with and of computer knowledge.
Sanction: Just as I learn they upgrade it.
Tobyrae: You will learn in time especially in here...We have a veritable Garden of Eden here of knowledge.
Tobyrae: Do you have a pet peeve?
Sanction: yes
Sanction: It is what is going on in the real world.
Tobyrae: Yes these are trying and sad times in our world for sure Sanction...
Tobyrae: What are some of your hobbies and interests in Real Life?
Sanction: hobbies >building my own home from scratch
Tobyrae: You are doing that now, or you have already completed it?
Sanction: still doing it
Tobyrae: That sounds like a lot of work to me!
Sanction: Took a burn out home was a 2-bedroom
Sanction: made it a 4-bedroom one
Tobyrae: How long has the project taken you so far?
Sanction: 3 years
Tobyrae: And how long to completion?
Sanction: Maybe never. Never finish. Bad omen… knew a lot who finished then passed away.
Tobyrae: Hehehe, maybe that is why I don't finish Miraes world and just reset it and store the dmp files
Tobyrae: You are a contractor right? Construction?
Sanction: Yes design new and old homes but, lately work is scarce.
Tobyrae: What do you think that Outerworlds could do to draw more people and keep them as part of the Outerworlds family?
Sanction: we need to get word out not just in search
Tobyrae: How would you go about that Sanction?
Sanction: I have been telling people when I go play cards at different sites to get a lot to come.
Sanction: The oldest one i had in was 55.
Sanction: she loved it
Tobyrae: Has she come back?
Sanction: Not lately she got a new job been very tired traveling the world
Sanction: Talked to her yesterday she was heading back out to the Far East again
Tobyrae: Wow now that would be fun!
Tobyrae: If you could change one thing in or about Outerworlds, what would it be?
Sanction: Some programs we need different new ideas like what pianodavy was saying about shadows showing in the worlds.
Sanction: I have a program where we have our people who just stand around walk ,move arms hold cups.
Sanction: The more realistic the better it is the more peeps will come.
Sanction: I tell Charlie all the time if we are not here make it work for them
