How to use the purchasing system:

The following information will help you understand more about the new Outerworlds Purchasing System and its proper use.

Sign in to your account:

This is for returning customers who have used the purchasing system before. If you have made a purchase previously using the system, the information you supplied during that order will allow you to fill in the blanks automatically and proceed to payment.

If you have not purchased anything with this system, then you will need to setup a new account before you can order.
This feature allows us to process and keep track of orders more quickly. It also benefits the customer because their basic information, such as name and E-mail address, are maintained in a secure database so that renewals and upgrades can be purchased with only a few clicks.
Your Outerworlds citizenship information is not connected to the purchasing system in any way. You can not login to an account unless you have bought something using the purchasing system before. It will not recognize your citizenship information because it is an entirely separate process.

Making a purchase:

To make a purchase is quite simple,

Choose the product or products you wish to buy, and add them to your shopping cart. When you’re ready to checkout, you will be asked to fill out the information on who is making the purchase. At this point you will either setup a new account or simply provide your login information if your a return customer who has previously used this system.

Once completing this phase, you will be asked how you wish to pay. If you wish to use a Credit Card or a PayPal account, then choose the PayPal method. Your payment will  auto processed through PayPal for you if you have a PayPal account or you can click the button in the middle of the page for Credit Card only purchases. (see below)

 

If you choose to mail in your Money Order using snail mail, then your order will be recorded and we will be able to track it easier when it arrives. The address will be provided to you at this time.

Please Note:

If you do not want to give out any personal information and are not using a credit card, then fill out the form with whatever you wish. Please make sure to use a valid E-mail address so we can contact you.

Foreign and Domestic Wire Transfers: Because of the fees imposed upon us for wire transfers by the banks, there will be a $15.00 charge added to each order placed. If payment is sent and these fees are not added to the order total, the order will be adjusted to reflect these additional charges.
